Provided by YP.comFrustrated for over a year and a half, not being able to open our sliding door. Tried everything, no luck. Facing the dreaded replace option, but door today are not made as durable. So I called them hoping that they could help, made appt, he came out was so nice and let me know what had happened to stop the door from opening. Took the time and care to fix it...and after all this time all I should have done was call them. Highly recommended!!
