Use Dana at multiple houses, never had a complaint. Prompt & professional.

I located Dana Wrights heating and air online and read his review which had only one person who was happy with his service so I decided to give it a try. I initially called Home Depot to service system and found it was $100.00 just for Freon which seemed a bit high. I explained all this to Mr. Wright who narrated that he uses R407c which is half the price which sealed the deal for me. Mr. Wright explained a few reasons why it R22 was so high with one being that the requirements have changed for its phase out by the EPA. When Mr. Wright arrived, he took a set of gauges out and checked pressure and I asked if I could watch with his response being that he didn’t mind. So, we talked about what he was doing. Once Mr. Wright placed the gauges on the system he narrated that the reading was 25psi and that it should be at 75psi. He went back to his truck and returned with an orange cylinder of which I later find out is R407c and connected it to the system and began filling the system, occasionally closing the valve on the cylinder all the while talking about the systems operation in the winter with the heat causes leaks. At some point he looked at the gauges and said the system was all set, but at no time did he utilize any test equipment or suggest testing for leaks. Mr. Wright stated the system took three pounds of which I was wondering how he came up with how much went into the system when he didn’t utilize a scale to determine how much went it. Mr. Wright provided me a receipt and I paid him $210.00 and he left without checking anything inside. I asked him how long was it going to take to cool the house off and he stated it shouldn’t take more than a few hours. Later that evening the house was cool, however it never really cooled down beyond 78 degrees, so when I got up in the morning I called him and got the recorded message and left a message. After not receiving a return call for a few hours, I called again, I never received a callback.

We had a problem, he came same day,fixed the AC. Told him I wanted a new larger unit. Gave me the price. Couldn't believe. We said install. Nice man. Love the unit. The 4 ton keeps house warm and AC keeps it cool. Highly recommended.
