Worst place that I have ever lived at. Run the other way!!!! They are overpriced and under maintained. Building are smelly and heavily populated. Staff is nice before you sign your lease, but very unfriendly and unhelpful after you are locked in. I also didn't feel safe on the grounds. Security is a joke, and there was fighting and yelling a lot in the parking lots.



***I lost my keychain with key and fab (door entry chip) and a woman turned them in. The office left me a voice mail that my keychain had been turned in and that I could pick it up. When I arrived at the office they told me that they couldn't find the keychain and that I might have made a mistake. I played them the voicemail and the office staff still turned me away. I spoke with the office manager and she found the fab had been reprogrammed for another resident. She locked the fab and told me if either the key or fab showed up again she would let me know. They did not. They then charged for the key and fab--$100! DISGUSTING!! Nevermind that I didn't feel safe knowing that they would lose my key from the office and reprogram my fab....***



I could go on and on with stories like this. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Though no apartment complex is perfect, I feel the complex that I live at now respects me much more and is a much better and more maintained place for the price. Don't live at Jefferson Hills!
