Provided by YPmobileLoved cycling here. Unlike classes I've attend at different places you can't wear sneakers, They provide cycling shoes for you if you don't have your own. The instructors are super excited about their classes. Keeps the class fun. The atmosphere is great. In addition to cycling, towards the end of class you pick up a "bar" and do a little arm workout!
