There is no other sandwich shop in Franklin as far as I am concerned. Jersey Mikes is at the next level. Other shop's skimp on the ingredients and you can read a news paper through the meat slices. But not here. Jersey Mikes loads the sandwich down with plenty of meat, and other ingredients as well, and the flavor is always great. The service is fast, and I don't know how they do it, but the folks behind the counter always seem to take pride in, and enjoy, their work. They seem genuinely happy to have your business. The best thing is that you wind up with a meal (the sandwiches are big enough to take half home - if you can stop yourself!) that is many times more nutritious than anything you'll get at a fast food place. They also have mini- sandwiches that my kids love. If you're in a hurry, we've used their call-ahead service, but seldom will you wait in line any longer than you will in the typical drive-in line, and you get to deal face-to-face with folks who are really great. Highly recommended.
