I asked for dark brown hair and chose the color based from swatches and ended up with BLACK hair that had a blue tone! As soon as I got home and saw my hair in different lighting, I called the salon and was spoken to in a very rude manner; I was told it would just "wash out." After washing my hair a few times (even using Dawn dish soap), my hair was still black. I called to get it fixed, and at first they had "no time available" and argued with me about the color of my hair, then after realizing I was not going to back down, they said they could squeeze me in the following day. However, the only way to make my hair brunette would be to use bleach which would have obviously damaged my hair (& the stylist agreed). There is a Pravanna product called color extractor that will remove color with no damage, but they do not use that/did not offer to go purchase a bottle to fix my hair. So, I ended up going to a different salon to get my hair fixed. $100 purely wasted! Do not go to this salon!
