I gave them a five star rating because five stars equals first class and that is the environment I felt like I was walking into when I entered ICF. I tried their strawberry cheesecake scooped ice cream and my wife tried their chocolate custard. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream might actually taste better than a regular cheesecake since it has mini cheesecake bits inside and you are getting ice cream with it is a bonus! I personally enjoyed coming here and look forward to trying their rolled ice cream next time. I really enjoyed watching the workers roll the ice cream for others and even crack a few jokes as I waited. We know we will for sure be back here for all of our ice cream cravings in the future. The best part about my visit is when I found out this establishment is family owned and tastes this good. I was surprised that franchises like Oscars or Culvers do not even compare to the quality of this place. I spent less than 8$ for dessert for two and that is good thing in my book. Of course if I plan on trying the rolled ice cream next time I can expect it to be a bit more pricey, I didn't understand why until I watched a whole rolling process go down. There is just way too much time that goes into it, so I can appreciate the few extra dollars spent on the hard work. i'm really excited as you can tell about this new establishment and frankly can not wait till more people find out about this place. If you are reading my review, go there and honestly just enjoy! (side note: It is their soft opening, so I waited about 10 minutes.)
