Great Customer service friendly staff Brett Moore knows how to build his transmissions.

Working in Louisiana and get in my truck last week..won't move! Bummed a ride to work and everyone I called was $3000-$4000 to fix my 2011 dodge. Get in the next morning and it got me to mcdonalds in franklinton. Protech answered the phone at 6 am and said they would pick my truck up and bring it to their shop, had no choice. Bummed a ride to work again and had a missed call at 10 am, called them back while I was at lunch and they said I was ready to go!!! Serviced the transmission and changed a silinoid or something, ole silverback is running like a champ!! Less than $200 and I am not missing a gear!! Thanks Brett and Jeff for finding the problem not just trying to sell me something I don't need! Highly recommended that anyone bring their work trucks to them!!

Had a wonderful and quick repair or rebuild on a four wheel drive GMC Yukon thanks PRO Tech it has held up for at least 6 years now would like every one to no this has been a very good experience for me.Tom V.

The friendly staff at Pro-Tech Transmissions found my problem and repaired it with a minor adjustment. I had been told by other shops that I needed an overhaul. Great work guys.
