too busy to spend the time pampering the customer

not the best maincure Ive had but one of the highest price in the area

I've had friends recommend the salon because they're always satisfied. I think it would have been ok if I had a different stylist. I might have caught her (Emma) on a bad day, but still, don't bring it to work. I was clear about I wanted and she seemed disinterested. I then received a haircut not near what I had asked for, not taking my hair texture into consideration, the way I part my hair, my styling preference (low maintenance!) or keeping length as I had requested. It's a subpar haircut to begin with, but what annoys me is I didn't request the haircut I was given. Hair grows, but she was awful. I think she's newer, but stylists should listen to the clients.



I would recommend you stay away from her. I might give the place another chance with a different hairdresser.
