Provided by SuperpagesI gave this place 2 out of 5 star's because they did not fix the problem, they just wanted to keep putting me on random narcotics and non-narcotics that i have never heard of before, it seemed like more of a testing site then a medical shop.... Expect a huge bill for no reason then they will tell you "I could do this... or this.." an does not keep their words or lies. Also it seems no one there will speak to you in person, i cannot give out any info about this place aside from this, hope it is helpful. -sorry i don't speak good english- !
