.Absolutely the worst customer service! Never in my life have I ever dealt with such unprofessionalism, and from the owner at that! This company is money hungry they will tell you one thing but then find away to nickel and dime you. The owner is condescending and rude, he does not give a care about his customers, and at this rate I am trying to figure out how his company has stayed in business with his attitude. I am so disappointed in how he handled the situation that I am willing to pay another company more than what I was quoted by his company because of him. Telling a customer that they need to practice patience, that it is not "his job to make me happy" or that I "MUST" apologize is not customer service. I highly suggest that you do not call this company to do any plumbing work or if you happen to get referred to them through your home warranty company ask for another company, never again will they step foot in my house I could care less if my house was flooding. I will pay someone else to do the work. Customer service is everything
