My garage door spring broke during the evening and trapped my car inside. I called Automatic Overhead Door and reached an answering service. The operator was very professional and courteous. I received a call approximately 15 minutes later from an employee of the company (Robert ?) This individual took the time to determine the problem and explained how much it would cost. I decided to wait till the next morning and he told me he would forward my info to the scheduler. I figured I would have to call the next morning but true to his word I got a call from Robert at 8 a.m. ensuring he had all of the information correct. Robert told me we would be hearing from the lady that handles the schedule and 10 minutes later she called. She was able to re-arrange some schedules and get someone out to my house within two hours. The employee who worked on the door was professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly reccommend these folks for anything that has to do with your garage door.
