They talk about other customers with other customers. We witnessed this first hand. After contacting the owners, they didn't bother to reply back to us, and we then found out that it was one of the owners who was trashing us, all over one of us wanting to take a picture of a full cup of coffee for a scavenger hunt.



The most unprofessional customer service in my 47 years on this planet. It is obvious that the owners have zero experience in how to deal with customers in general and they can not own up to their mistakes. A simple and sincere apology would have stopped me from writing this review, because if someone learns from their mistakes then that's all that matters.
