My wife took my van in for an oil change. That's it. Suddenly I had two lights out in the back, needed a new air filter and a can of oil treatment. She only got the oil change and the can of oil treatment as it had been awhile since the oil was changed. When I got home, I checked the lights, all worked fine. They noted that they topped off the windshield wiper fluid, they didn't. They vacuumed only the rear of the van and must have been afraid to go in the front area w/the machine. Next time I will go to Wal mart or grease monkey or do it myself if I have time. One thing I hate worse than drunk drivers and child abusers, it's a freakin liar. Whether or not the mgmt knows, I don't care, but I will not take my vehicles there anymore. Repeat customers are how you make money, not selling needless parts to people to nickel and dime them.
