Always loved these guys until today. Milton was rude and because of him I will now take my business elsewhere. After he said he'd be right with me, he proceeded to continue to type on the computer and answer the phone. Once he finally got to me, he was short and said they couldn't help me today because they were too busy. Hey, I get it. I didn't have an appt but at least be decent about it. My husband had the same experience with him a few weeks ago. I blew it off thinking he was having a bad day because the guys there have always been great. He acted like I was bothering him. For the guys that have helped me over the years, thank you. To Milton, you need a customer service class.

These guys are THE BEST!!! They don't overprice or oversell, and never try to get you to buy something you don't need. The whole staff at the Harrison Rd location in Spotsy County VA are wonderful. Can't say enough good things about them.
