Great physical therapy office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Doctor AJ did an excellent job and helped me to bring my pain level from 10 to 0-1. Everyone in the office is friendly, sensitive, knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend.

NJ Spine and Wellness is full of talented individuals. AJ and Rich have specifically helped me recover from several injuries including ankle, knee, low back and shoulder. They are professional and knowledge and most importantly always get me back to being pain free and then some!

AJ has been my physical therapist for over a year. I started treatment at NJ Spine and Wellness for my migraines and he helped me strengthen my neck. Now AJ is currently treating as I recover from my torn meniscus. In both treatments, AJ has has exceeded my expectations. He has always made feel confident and accomplished leaving each session. I can not thank AJ enough for his compassion he provides! Love coming here!
