Every time I've gone into Dan's II they have been professional, knowledgeable, and completely up front with anything that needs to be done to the vehicle. They don't take advantage of people and know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Ripped off! Our son had his car repaired there for one problem. When he went to pick the car up they informed him that they fixed another problem as well, to the tune of an extra 170.00. Total cost 670.00. Our son was told if there was any more problems with it to just bring it back and they would take care of it. Well what do you know.....about two weeks after it was supposedly fixed, it started doing the same thing it was doing the first time that it was taken in for. When our son went to pick the car up, they said.....well, we got it fixed and it will be 180.00! Our son called me practically in tears. He is only eighteen and works a part time job while going to college full time. He doesn't have that kind of money. Especially to play the game of let's fix things at your cost until we get it right! They ripped him off for nearly a thousand dollars! Oh and to top things off, after he got the car back for the second time he noticed it making a weird sound that it never made before. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't mess something up purposely just to get him back in there again! We will never take any of our vehicles there ever again! Total ripoff!!
