The Pine Tree Academy enrolls students in kindergarten through grade 12. The academy provides Bible-based education for the development of spiritual, intellectual, physical, social and artistic talents of students. It is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist school network, which includes colleges, universities, and elementary and high schools throughout the world. The Pine Tree Academy operates a center for arts and provides lessons in a range of musical instruments, including cello, clarinet, flute, guitar, piano and violin. It supplies pencils, erasers, markers, glue sticks, rulers and tissue boxes. The school also conducts several fundraising activities. Located in Freeport, Maine, the Pine Tree Academy is governed by a board of directors.
