Provided by YP.comI bought a Kaser Yofun107-4GB from fry's .I had for about 45 days,then problems surged.The face plate was coming off,rewind was now pause ,my play button was no longer working ,it now was changing to the next track,and the screen started to loose the sensebility ,so i had to press harder to get it to work sometimes. I sent this in on Oct.2008 I got a email saying they were sending the unit back on 11-25-08,it's now jan-13-2009.I called them directly and they told me that the unit will ship out and they found no probles with it.I mentioned that i have emailed this company 6 times as a very pissed off customer, and nobody would return my Email.I stated i wanted to talk to the Manger about this taking 3 months and i never got one of my emails answered.There Customer service sucks big one's i will never buy any of there prouducts due to the poor ,poor ,very poor custer service.They told me they were sending my mp4 back when they didn't even fix any of the problems.I would give this no stars if i could.
