I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only are they extremely unprofessional, they do shoddy work and take ZERO responsibility for it!

Called CR Menn for a bid on repairing a few driveway panels. They came out same day and gave me a computer generated estimate on the spot. I ended up going with a whole new driveway as they were much more affordable than i had expected. The following week they showed up and got to work. They were in and out in 2 days including clean up. As a business owner myself i know what hard work is and also that a picture is worth a thousand words.

*UPDATE* The day after I wrote my previous review, I was contacted by Chris to schedule a time for him to come give me an estimate. He showed up as scheduled and gave me the lowest bid that I had received thus far. We scheduled first part of March for the job to be done and it was completed on time. The guys were extremely professional and kept me informed on what they would be doing and the time schedule and cleaned up everything after wards. I will call C-R Menn Concrete again.

I have called multiple times requesting for them to come give me an estimate on some repair or replacement of a garage floor and repair of areas on front drive, back drive and patio. Each time I was told that I would be called and have a time set-up for them to come. Giving them 2 weeks in between calls I feel was plenty of time for them to call me back to set-up a time for the estimate, but obviously they either forgot, don't need the business, are an incompetent company or are just too extremely busy. Any of those reasons cause me to not want them to sign up for the job. Especially reading other reviews of unsatisfied customers.

I called Chris at CR Menn after hearing their ad on the radio. He personally came out with in an hour to look at putting a concrete floor in my new shop. He gave me a quote and made various recommendations for thickness and rebar in the floor. (Something I had not previously considered) they brought out their "heat wagon" and got to work. 2 days in and out. Could not be happier. And then 5 days later My wife called me at work....we received a "Thank You" card from Chris in the mail. I have never heard of a contractor making such a personal effort towards complete customer satisfaction. We were already pleased, then the card...WOW. Very First Class.

Don't count on them. Got a bid on a patio in the spring. Was told it would be around the 4th of July. Took down fencing..pulled up landscaping. No word. Called the first week in August. Was told by the beginning of Sept. It is now Oct. 7th, and nothing. They no longer answer the phone. I wonder if the City of Fremont take precedence over customers that will pay their bill in future years.

I recently contacted CR Menn concrete to redo our driveway. After leaving a voicemail, my call was returned the next business day and I had a representative at my house within 4 days for an estimate . CR Menn was not only the most competitive with their pricing but also able to get the job done earlier than any of the competitors. Once the job began the crew was very thorough and extremely accommodating to our busy lifestyle and my kids constant interference with the project. After seeing how the driveway turned out and how smoothly the job went we decided to add on some landscaping curbing in addition to a stamped concrete pad and fire pit in the back yard. We couldn't not be happier with the results! We are now contemplating putting a basketball court in for our boys. Putting in a call to CR Menn this week! These guys are the BEST!

Some few months ago I committed to have work done for me by these gentlemen & received a written, signed estimate for a new driveway to comprise some thousands of dollars. Since that day, & to this day I have not once been contacted by anyone from this business to commit to, nor confirm a date to expect any action. The only contact to date has been contact that we initiated in an attempt to identify if the work was going to be done. I have repeatedly called these folk & been told "next week", or, "you're next on our list", for months now. While I fully understand delays due to weather; the utter lack of follow-up is disconcerting. Contact of some sort would not seem to be unreasonable to expect. The latest calls I made resulted in our being told "we wil be there next week". That was 2(two) weeks ago & I have neither heard, nor seen anything of these folks or a representative of this enterprise since. To be honest, I begin to despair that any action is actually forthcoming. I will hope anyone using these young men have better luck than I.
