Whatever you do, DO NOT have Brittney Caldwell touch your hair! Not only is she a terrible beautician, she also cheats her clients out of money by quoting one price and charging another. When I originally spoke with her she quoted me $65 - $85 suggesting that it would probably be down towards the lower price. After she did my hair she told me $100. After I questioned her about the price being different than she quoted me, she changed it to less. I offered to write her a check and she insisted on using her little gadget to swipe my debit card. I ended up having a charge against my debit card for more than what I agreed to pay - $92.48. To make matters worse, I told her I only wanted a trim. She said she'd trim on 1/2" only off of the area that needed to be trimmed. While she was arguing on the phone with another customer she whacked about 3-4" off of the front right-side of my hair! Then swore it was only a small amount even though I had the 3-4 inches sitting in my lap! Being African-American with slow growing hair, it will be at least 8 months before that amount grows back! Save yourself time, headache and money. DO NOT have Brittney even touch your hair. If she can't even keep her own hair looking decent, you know she can't do justice for yours!!!! If you hear her name mentioned RUN LIKE THE WIND!!
