I purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper S Clubman from Lily who could clearly answer questions about the car and sociable during all phases of my purchase. Two minor warrantee items were promptly taken care of my Nikki and Josh Service Mangers. The were extremely helpful and most friendly. I gave them ZERO for a rating!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am stuck with a crappy car and monthly payments for another year or two!!!! Never ever go to Carmax!
