In early November, I contacted Robert Ambros regarding an eviction. He sounded knowledgeable, so I decided to utilize his service's. since I live out of the area. Robert instructed me to deposit $800.00 into their account to cover both the court fees and their services. Two weeks later I contacted Robert for an update, he said, Tenants were served and docs are waiting for the judges signature. We should have them back in 5 days, 5 days later I CALLED him again. He said, the courts are backed up should be a few more days. I REQUESTED a copy of the documents that were filed. He only sent a copy of the Unlawful DETAINER and said he would send the rest of the documents when the case was completed. It would only be a few more days. I waited a few more days and still no word from Robert. I contacted the court and was informed that the Unlawful DETAINER had the wrong dates. I contacted Robert and he assure me that it was an oversight from the courts. He assured me it had take care of it, it would only be a few more days. Since my last conversation with Robert, I discovered that Unlawful DETAINER had to be corrected and the tenants reserved. But there had been yet another error, one of the two had been served and they could not moved forward until the second occupant was served. Robert stop taking my calls, after I informed I had contacted the courts. At this point, we have a tenant who has not paid rent in two months, paid Elite Documents $800.00 for inept services. I have attempted to call and email Elite Documents with no response.
