I went to the McDonalds on Kingscanyon (the manager stated their store number is 814) and ordered 6 hamburgers no onion, a twenty piece chicken mcnuggets, a small fry no salt, large fry and 1 hamburger no onion with extra catsup and extra pickles, they gave me 5 hamburgers no catsup with extra onions and put onions on the hamburger that was supposed to have extra catsup and extra pickles without oinions. I went into the restaurant hoping they would get the order right, because they always get it wrong. When I called the restaurant and asked for the manager the person that answered stated he was the manager, he said his name was Rudy, he was rude, he sighed like he was irritated, he asked if I could go back so they can fix it, but I stated, this is not the point, how hard is it to read their screen and that it was wasting my gas, gas prices are too high to have to go back and forth to a restaurant so they can remake the food. There has never been a time that they have made the order right the first time. Also, the restaurant is always dirty, the tables sticky and full of food and when you ask them to clean the tables they roll their eyes, what kind of customer service is that, I always thought that the customer was always right. I will Never eat at this restaurant again.
