Provided by YP.comDon't trust Michael Keller. Gave a horrible appraisal of my home. He appraised it for $60,000 less than what it sold and appraised for by someone else. I'm glad I got a 2nd opinion.

Provided by YP.comThis appraiser needs to retire. His so-called expertise is out dated and he will subsequently give you an ill-informed, inaccurate appraisal. Save your money and go elsewhere. Michael Keller does not know what he is doing. I would suggest it might be senility but I think it's just incompetence.
