NEVER USE THEM!! Especially for an insurance claim! They did not fix my car correctly after having it 3 weeks. Refused to accept the responsibility. Charged me for an inspection, place an inspection, illegally placed an inspection sticker on the vehicle after it was deemed "not driveable." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please stay far away from them!

My 94-year old mom told me recently she and her caregiver brought her dirty old car to Rick for inspection. Luckily he looked beyond her age, her kooky demeanor and the dirt to see the car was working okay and passed her inspection. He gave her a future repair recommendation (duly noted), and sent her on her merry way. She said, "I love that place!" Thanks for making momma happy, Rick! Hoping to meet you some day, -Leslie.

I have not had a pleasant experience with this so called place of business. They were supposed to fix the starter on my car after having it for almost a week, i drove it off the lot got gas and went out to lunch, after lunch i went out and my car would not start! After i just paid them $800 I call them to tow it back and they charged me for it when it was their job to fix it. after that they kept it for another week, i called them every day asking when it would be done because i was moving as soon as it was out of the shop, and they just kept telling me they would have it ready the next day. here it is two weeks later and i still do not have my car. rick himself was very rude never called me when he promised and never gave me a clear answer when i actually got to talk to him. I will never take a car there again or will i recommend this "business" to anyone else

They BROKE my car's gas tank and have had it for a WEEK and have yet to fix it. My 7 month old was riding around in a car reeking of gas because these nimrods can't fix anything correctly. Rick himself was rude and disrespectful to my mother and both aunts (we inherited the car from our deceased mother/grandmother). Don't trust your vehicle with these unprofessional men.

Rick and his crew have it right. It's all about customer service.I belong to the gliding club @ Front Royal airport. The tow car that pulls our gliders around between flights popped it's brake lines.Although I have a full auto service shop in Tysons Corner, I didn't want to pull that vehicle all the way back here to do the job as it has no tags. Rick & crew quoted fairly for the job, picked it up, fixed it and took it back to the hangers in a timely fashion with no further ado. Always picked up the phone when I called (even after hours) where polite and to the point. Front Royal has it lucky that they are there. I know, I do this for a living as well.It's always very cool to find another shop that knows what it's doing and will do it well. Bill Woodard. Arlington Motorcar Service.

I own a tired but paid-off 1993 Jeep Wrangler I'm trying to keep running and reliable as long as possible. Needless to say, the vehicle has become more "mechanically challenged" as the years and miles add up. Despite a variety of problems, Rick and Jasper are the only service guys who routinely find the answer to the most perplexing problems. Most recently, after much research and a lot of dedication, Jasper discovered why the vehicle was emitting a gas odor. No one else could finger and fix the vexing and potentially dangerous situation. Now the vehicle is running great and smell-free. You won’t find a repair crew that’s as professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice as Rick and the men working with him, especially Jasper. Making things even better--Rick's labor charges are more than reasonable and fair, especially considering the top-notch service they offer. Every business should be as well-managed and customer-focused as Rick’s Auto Care. They are simply the best.
