Its purpose is to enhance the quality of life for its citizens through industry, business, education, agriculture, recreation, tourism, and unity among the citizens of Itawamba County, Mississippi. ICDC's program of work is carried out by our volunteers working through our committee system. For over half a century we have been at the forefront in promoting Itawamba County, Mississippi.
