I bought a set of tires from B&C tire on the 29th of April. My Daughter was driving the other day, she called to tell me that her tire was almost flat. It was after hours so I told her to put some air in the tire and I would take it the next day. I took the car for them to check it out, they found a nail in it, but told me the tire could not be fixed because of the location of the nail. Then air was informed that I did not have road side service on the set of tires that I paid 300.00 and some dollars for. They would not replace the tire and would not offer any type of discount. I have never heard of such foolishness before, in my life. I know that the nail was not their fault but I feel as though they could have done more to please their customer, very dissatisfied coustome

went to get a rotate and balance. took 45 minutes and when i got back in my car my speedometer/odometer, gas gauge cover was scratched horribly. all the employee's and store manager all said that they did not touch it, yet the damage was not there when I brought the car to their shop. filed a complaint with BBB. watch out for this place!!!

B&C tire does an excellent job of taking care of tire issues quickly. Plenty of value for the price and the prices are certainly reasonable.

had a flat tire got me in and out in thirty minutes great service
