The story is very long with a sad ending.
Long story short is, I took my car in to Angle to be repaired. They claimed my engine, (with less than 128k miles and only 13 years old) needed to be replaced or rebuilt. The cost topped over $5,000.00 OR I could sell it for scrap for a few hundred.
After owning automobiles for over a half a century (50+ years), I sought out other opinions. I took it in for a second, third. . .Good thing I did!
I had my car back within a week and it cost me $750.00, which included towing.
Now, I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with VICTOR HOLIDAY (OWNER) but he's refused to answer the phone, return phone calls or text messages. I want my money back for the "wasteful charges" .
I find these OLD reviews questionable and do not relate to post Covid.
So, my experience with them was unfavorable, limited experience on their behalf and dubious, disreputable business practices.

You do NOT have to believe me. . . to customers before me where enraged that their "engine light" went on after having a simple oil change.
BEWARE. . . and get a second and third opinion.

Friendly staff. They performed the Job they said they would no worries. This is second vehicle i sent.

Best automotive place in Gainesville. Excellent work every time and care about customers. Technicians are friendly.

We have an '07 Hyundai Santa Fe. A nearby Hyundai Dealer had this car in their shop for repairs for 2 months! A mechanic named Vic found the problem and fixed it in 1- 1/2 days! He was very courteous, professional a honest!
If anyone needs a mechanic, this is the place to go!

I have been going to Hayes Oakwood for years and been disappointed for years but not knowing where else to go, I found Angle Automotive and they diagnosed and replaced a light bulb blowing out problem I have had for a long time that several trips to Hayes that didn't correct it and talking my way out of 2 traffic tickets, in an hour and a half it is fixed. Thank you very much, now I can drive to work in the mornings and not worry about getting pulled over. I and my Husband will now be going to you in the future for repairs. Thanks Dawn and Mike.
