Finding an honest auto repair shop is like shooting craps; odds are against you. Not so with Rogers Automotive. My first experience with them was when another automotive company (with four fancy locations) wanted to charge me $300 plus to change the plugs on my car. Instead I had Rogers look at it and they determined my plugs were just fine. I have been using them ever since. They are honest, courteous and reasonably priced. Latest example was recently when I had a squeak somewhere in my brake system. I took it in. They did a look-see and we tested the braking again. They could have nailed me for brake pads, shocks or who knows what. Instead, they said my brakes were fine and on cold days might make noises until they warm up. No charge. I HIGHLY recommend this team for their attitude towards customers that is missing in many other auto repair shops.

Excellent service!! Their honesty is refreshing. They never charge us when they spend time checking things out and don't find a problem. They always ask if they can pick our vehicles up. Rogers Automotive is an amazing repair shop and their prices are well below others in Gainesville, GA

I took in my vehicle several times, concerned about a check engine light and then hesitation and surging when starting the vehicle. Each time my mind was put at ease and the owners talked with me at length about the problem. Mr Rogers fixed the surging problem and then refused to charge me, stating that he wanted to ensure it was 100% fixed. It is running great now! Thank you for your honesty and hard work. I'm paying it forward!

I had a concern about my daughters brakes and took her car in today to have them repaired. They removed and adjusted them for about 1 hour and put them back. NO CHARGE. THEY SAID THEY WERE OK! Pads looked OK. This is the second time Rogers Automotive could have charged me for a repair and said I didn't need it. What a blessing to have a repair shop where I feel the family owned business will look out for me and my family! He has worked on two of my other cars also and the repair work was excellent.
