I've eaten at Kenny's Sub Shop and have been satisfied with their food. But recently I had a bad experience and it has changed my view. We made a large order for delivery and did not eat two of the items until the next day. Those two items were less than fresh and unfortunately the bad smell and the taste were discovered at the same time. Neither dish was edible. I called and asked for a credit and Kenny’s (some lady lacking customer service skills) insisted that I drive the rotten food to them in order to get a refund. After paying for my food and giving a tip to the driver I felt that it was unacceptable that I would have to drive to them. I will not order from them again. Consider me a customer lost.

I have been eating from here since they opened..(they had a great half-price promotion on EVERYTHING on the menu..it was great)...and still is great even at full price. Kennys is THE place in gaithersburg for takeout. To echo the above review, their chicken wings are some of the best I've eaten.

Great food, great service, and great sweet tea - you should try it.
