I had been getting my oil changes from here. Nice guys, gave honest opinions of work that needed or didn't need to be done, and what was really cool is they throw in a free tire rotation every time you come in for an oil change.



So why the bad review? Last time they rotated my tires they were careless and jacked up my lug nuts. I didn't notice it till today when I saw one of my tires flat in the driveway. I jacked it up and tried removing the tire (something I've done plenty of times in the past) but I couldn't get it off all the lug nuts because some of them were so dang warped my tire iron couldn't get around em. Then I checked the other tires - same thing! Jacked up, warped lug nuts. One of them was completely smooth around! And one was missing! Probably fallen off since I saw them last.



Well, there's no way I can possibly prove it, nothing I can produce that would hold up in court, but I know how my truck was before hand and it was fine. They wrote me off saying there's nothing they can do because they can't prove it.



Sucks. Don't go there. Free tire rotation? As they say, "you get what you pay for."
