They were courteous, professional and repaired my truck for a very fair price. I broke down along the Walker River and was towed to Carson Valley Transmission. I was worried about being taken advantage of since I was 400 miles from home. They fixed it for exactly what they quoted and in the amount of time they said. Brenda was helpful in finding a place to park my trailer and renting a truck. They were thorough with the repair and gave me a great warranty. I can recommend them to others without reservation.

We called this shop around 10am and told them the trouble we were having with our Honda. A different shop told us it could be the clutch or a couple other things. Kevin said it was probably the master cylinder and to have the car towed in that same day (this was a Friday). They recommended a great towing company who picked up the car at noon and dropped it off at the shop for us. Kevin called us by 1:30 (they're at lunch from 12-1) and gave us the diagnosis. They had the car done and waiting for us by the time we got off work at 4:30. They were super friendly, efficient, and on top of that a fantastic price! We'll definitely be going back if we need anything else!!
