Emial from company said that they mailed my order on March 20th with 1-3 day delivery via USPS priority mail. 6 days after the fact, have not received my order. Tried to call them and the phone number that they have on their website does not take messages. USPS said that they have not recieved the package to ship. Sent an email to their customer service department this morning with no response yet. Product is great and that is why I'll give it 1 star but they have nobody to speak to which is poor customer service. After spending over $600 over the last 3 months with this company, I may not order from them again.
