The manager and his girlfriend are alcoholic. Every time I go into the office Bruce the manager smells like he just walked out of the bar after all night drinking feast. He has no idea what he is doing. He was a truck stop cook but now he is a the property manager. Bruce could care less about the residents due to hiring a child molester. This man goes into people's home when kids are there and he has the keys to people's homes. Change your locks for your own safety.
If you have a after hours maintenance emergency best know you aren't getting anything done because Bruce a so drunk he can hardly walk must less help you. He walks around the community drinking beer. He allows his family to break the rules and gives us residents violations. His brother lives at 39 and Bruce allows him to park in empty lots and have trailers and campers and golf carts. Bruce even will drive his kids around in the golf cart as he drinks his been. This place needs to be investigated. Does anyone have the corporate number?
