11-23-08 6:30 PM I have just returned from the resturant in Gastonia and I want you to know the cashier and her manager were very rude. I had purchased some items with coupons and the total was not correct. The waitress (who was very nice and professional) told me that one item would not ring correctly but it would be corrected at checkout. The cashier took the receipt and rang it up without even looking at the total. I explained to her that the amount was wrong and she owed me $2.00. The cashier then went to I suppose a manager and she said that since ithe card had been processsed I was out of luck with the $2.00. She did give me the coupon back but do you think I'll visit there again. I don't think so. The service rendered by the Cashier was very unprofessional and rude. By the way there was a customer in front of me and she had to call someone to check us out several times.
