I have always gotten very good service from the owners and employees at this store. They seem to have a little bit of every thing in this store and they either know what I'm looking for, and help me locate it or they have a connection where they can have it shipped to the store. I have nearly quit going to the big box stores after being treated like I was bothering them for just asking for help or the employees appeared to be clueless about what I wanted much less if their store had it (usual comments were "never heard of it", "we don't have it"). Brinkley's is a great store.
