Based in Geneva, Ill., DuPage Library System is one of nine regional, multitype library systems in Illinois, which supports local library services. Organized in 1966, the library system includes 130 members, including academic, public, school and special libraries. These members in 379 facilities are located in parts of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will Counties. The library system supports member libraries in enhancing and expanding local library services to Illinois citizens. It also helps in meeting statewide standards through outreach services, local library system and automation program. DuPage Library System provides van delivery of materials to and from its member public libraries.
