While doing my wedding shopping online my labtop caught a virus and crashed...needless to say i became stressed out. I have a virus once before and i took it to a well known computer shop in Gig harbor where they missed lead me and ripped me off. So this time around i knew who i would not be going too. So i opend up the gig harbor phone book and saw Jim's add and called and i am so happy that i did. I met him dropped off my computer for him to fix he gave me a quote right off the bat (which ended up being lower anothe plus). He was not only great to work with, but he was also honest. I will diffently be reffereing him to others i could not have asked for better service. Thank you Jim you saved my wedding planning
