Joseph DiDomenico, MD, is a neurosurgeon in the Department of Neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. DiDomenico specializes in the care of all adult spinal pathologies, including degenerative conditions, adult spinal deformity, and spinal tumors. He applies a patient-specific approach of minimally invasive and open techniques to the surgical treatment of spinal diseases.
