Great location with drive up access to most of the units, all being ground level. Had the choice of climate control or non-climate control unit. Pricing was great with no hidden charges, and no deposit or administration fees. Manager was very professional and efficient. Security features are excellent. Clean facility.

I have enjoyed my storage unit at Extra Attic on Springfield Road. The distance of the facility from my apartment is only about ten minutes. I have had a unit for several years now and have had no security problems. Also, the facility is well maintained and cared for with no trash laying around. I would also like to add that the management of the facility always acts in a very professional manner and promptly responds to any question that I might have. I appreciate the help that has been afforded me over the years! I look forward to the continual use of this facilty and would highly recommend it to anyone! James Sheppard

Just a quick note to thank you for such great customer service. We receive several UPS shipments a week & the manager is always most helpful in seeing that we get them. The facilities are kept clean & the location is perfect for the West Broad St. area. Very easy to get in & out and the unit price is reasonable. Thanks again, Terry Woody

I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Attic. This was my first experience with storage and the manager was very helpful. The facility was clean and well cared for and the pricing was very reasonable. We had a choice of regular outside storage or a climate controlled unit. Very good experience
