Do not do business with West End Dental. The administrative staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and cost me over $800 in out-of-pocket expenses that would have been completely covered by my insurance if they had not sat on the claims for two years before filing. This is a huge financial burden to spring on a family out of the blue, especially one with young children.
