Horrible! I actually had my vehicle (attempted to bb) fixed at Hall Automottive Body SHop (Virginia Beach, va) and when I had issues there they sent the Director of this Collision center down here to see my vehicle. Mile One is the parent company of Hall.
So, after over $13,000 in repairs- I have a vehicle less than a year old that had less than 5,000 miles on it that has a terrible paint job. There are countless bubbles, many scratches where they scratched through the paint and clear coated over it, divots in the paint that were also clear coated over and they tried to tell me that I scratched the newly painted bumper when I hadn't even picked up the car yet! AND there are BLUE and BlACK paint specs mixed in the silver paint!! During the 8 (yes eIGHT WEEKS-was supposed to be 17 DAYS!) it was at this shop they managed to crack the moon roof (how does one even do that??), sill plates (inside), and interior door pieces. In addition, they never covered the car so the inside was coated in thick metallic metal dust! (it has perorate seats so now it's INSIDE the seats too). Ridiculous. The manager at Mile One says it's an "industry standard paint job" and I shouldn't expect perfection. Really? other colors mixed in? bubbles on every direction? scratches in the color that were clear coated over? not to mention the damage they did while they had the car! OH and to top it off- this is classic- they sent in a claim to my insurance company for $3,000 listing the parts they broke/damaged as part of an insurance claim! wow. BEWARE (unless you dont mind your insurance going up from fraud!)
