This center is little more than BWMC property that is rented to private physicians. If you are dissatisfied and try to contact the center to discuss, you will be directed to the Patient Advocate. In the end you may get a letter with lip~service apologizing for not meeting your standards and then go on to say the center is simply rental space. I learned of my cancer by being handed a card from the chief of surgery. The oncologist that came later just "date stamped" me and then instructed me to have a PET Scan. The office failed to respond to repeated requests for additional information, and my scan was denied. My experience could not have been more dismal or more traumatic.
