A sales guy named Mike is just terrible. He lies even about obvious fact and raises voices on you if he senses that his presentation is not convincing enough or you start asking too many questions. Window Nation sales practices are questionable. Don't waste your time with their lies. He they promise something, ask them to put it writing and give you a copy, which they will refuse to do, especially Mike who even lies about his job title. Just sad.

Be very very cautious when considering any purchase from this company. They'll tell you it's a Rolls-Royce but in reality, it's a flood damaged clunker. I don't believe their windows are strong enough to support the weight of the house around them, which means over time, they buckle. Plus, they don't tell you their windows are "coated" with energy efficient treatments, which usually deteriorate at about 11% every year. Where does that put in you five years or more? Ready to buy new windows all over again. Please be careful. Do your homework. Don't get ripped off!

Really enjoyed working with the staff at Window Nation. They offered me a great product at a very fair price and installed it in less than 4 weeks. Special thanks to Jim for all his help too!

Window Nation set high expectations; however, they delivered disappointing results. Management would be well advised to evaluated their sales, installation and customer service process. We were sold windows, not customer service.

If you are seeking a simple estimate, the company commands all persons listed on the deed to be present to obtain a free estimate. Kathy of Window Nation refused to schedule a free at home estimate until my husband returns from his business trip oversees. So in the meantime, my fact gathering project for new windows must wait until my husband returns to learn that I have been unproductive in his absence. So instead of returning to review the estimates I have been able to gather, he has to suffer through the sales pitch himself...as if he has the time or inclination to do so. There are a lot of other window company out there. If you are your partner have differing schedules and need estimates right away, go elsewhere because Window Nation may not be for you. I know it wasn't for me.
