i was in the store about a week ago and waited 15 minutes to be checked out while the 2 clerks was in the office talking and3 more employees standing around at the deli and the general manager was out side smoking! i went in for coffee and no coffee was made all pots were empty! i was the 6th person in line out of 13. i went out and told the general manager and all she said was sorry and continued to smoke and talk to her friend! i sat in the parking lot for another 5 minutes or so and the manager still had not went in to help! i can understand that your busy and run out of something but when you have 6 employees in the store and coffee isnt made and a 15 minute wait time to get to check out its poor customer service and shows that they can care less if their customers are happy or not!
