My 18yr old and I decided to drive from Wilmington in search of a new breakfast place. He spotted Ruby's. We were seated quickly, waited on quickly by a wonderful and pleasant server. The food was delivered quickly (table a bit small... everything came out on separate plates) and hot. The price was reasonable. I would recommend and return to Ruby's.

Went there tonight, arrived at 4:50PM, place was decently empty for a Sunday night. Got seated immediately.... then waited... and waited... and waited... finally after half an hour sitting there with no one coming over to even take a drink order we decided to leave. On the way out we stopped at the girl who seated us, told her we had been waiting half an hour and no one came to the table.. instead of apologizing or offering to send someone over she said "it's not my fault" extremely rude, they obviously don't care about keeping customers or they wouldn't treat people this way. Worst customer service I've ever had in a restaurant. Definitely will NOT be going back here!
