skilled and honest and fair. we will not bring our cars to anyone else. recently my wife's check-engine light was on and the car was stuttering during acceleration. we brought the car to emad and al thinking we were going to have a big problem on our hands. i received a call 1 hour later from emad. he told me it was just a loose wire and to come pick it up, no charge. 90% of the mechanics know that you don't know what's wrong and would seize an opportunity like that to charge you a lot of money for something you didn't need. that's not how they do it at J & E.
