Provided by YP.comthe WORST T-Mobile store there is! This is coming from a 10 year 5 line customer. This is not Kiosk, it is a actually authorized T-Mobile store. I had to cancel all 5 lines b/c the manager Jesus could not bill me $129 for a down payment on the down graded phone. It is not that he's store could not authorize the $129 but the way he handled it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNETHICAL. He told me to walk to another branch and I have 2 minuntes to finish my call with Tmobile customer service. UNBELIEVABLE
