After 9 years with this unit, i got behind. I made numerous attempts to contact the unit to pay my balance. I finally reached someone, paid balance, and after, they cut my lock and put theirs in place. Charging 121.50 for a 6.00 certified letter. Yeah right. Will see in small claims coury
